We completed a full renovation of the Showroom, Administration and Shop Building, converted a Used Car Building to a state of the art Body Shop, and converted the existing Body Shop to a Quick Lube facility and Photographic Lab. We also completed minor upgrades to the Main Used Car building and reconfigured the New and Used Car lot site lighting. This all occurred without missing a day of business for the Dealership.

The Showroom was doubled in size and outfitted with new air conditioning and heating equipment. The Administration offices were rearranged from their 40 year old layout to a new modern layout including exterior storefront windows and storefront windows to the Showroom. A Retail Sales Area was created by opening up floor space from combining the existing wood timber framing and new structural steel framing. The Shop Area was cleaned and painted. A new carbon monoxide exhaust system, a new air conditioning system and Waste Oil heating systems were installed.

The existing Body Shop remained 100% operational while the Used Car Building was expanded and modified to house two new paint booths. Body work in the existing Body Shop continued until Friday afternoon, moved over the weekend and opened up for business in it’s new home Monday morning.

With the existing Body Shop vacated, 25 Quick Lube work stations were completed including power, air, phone and data service to each work station.
