Safety
Swofford Construction, Inc. is committed to the safety of every employee and subcontractor, as well as all visitors to our jobsites. Executive management and the Safety Director, provide leadership and support for a comprehensive safety program throughout the company.
Safety-related activities include employees taking responsibility for accident prevention initiatives, safety performance improvements, training and education in all aspects of safety performance, continuous education for superintendents, periodic on site safety inspections, and weekly tailgate meetings/toolbox talks on the jobsite.
