Clayton County Regional Youth Detention Center built in 1990 for GSFIC located at 11850 Hastings Bridge Road, Jonesboro, GA. A new 1-story 18,200 s.f. slab on grade, steel and concrete roof structure, architectural load bearing masonry with parking lot and landscaping located on 6 acres with fenced recreation area.

Mt. Carmel Elementary School built in 1990 for the Douglas County Board of Education located at 2356 Fairburn Road, Douglasville, GA. New 12,000 s.f. addition – 1 story, slab on grade, with architectural CMU and metal roof. This building houses classrooms, gym, cafeteria, and media room. The bus canopy was also an addition to the school as well as renovation of existing 22,000 s.f. building. This school won several AIA awards.

Marietta Fire Station No. 2 built in 1998 for the City of Marietta located at 149 Dodd Street, Marietta, GA. New 9,125 s.f. 1-store fire station with brick veneer/metal roof, load bearing masonry walls, slab on grade located on 2 acres.

Pickens Technical Institute built in 1995 for GSFIC located in Jasper, GA. 1-story 6,500 s.f. building, brick veneer with built-up roof and structural steel. An economic development center on 2 acres with paving and landscaping.

North Georgia Technical Institute Renovations and Addition built in 1998 located in Clarkesville, GA. Constructed a new 9,100 s.f. cosmetology building which is tied into the existing building. Brick veneer, slab on grade, metal roof. Complete demolition and renovation to Collins Hall and Clegg Hall, site improvements and paving.
