Baptist
Church
Cleveland, GeorgiaThe work at Cleveland
First Baptist included an 8,800 sq. ft. addition / renovation to the
sanctuary, a balcony addition, choir loft and classrooms. Building
components are steel columns and beam lines, wood frame walls and
roof, brick veneer and fiberglass roof shingles. The total cost of
construction was $ 1,149,735.00.

Fayetteville First
Baptist
Church
Fayetteville, Georgia
Fayetteville First Baptist Church was built in 2002, it is a 52,000
square foot building on 3 acres Features: A three story building
featuring a two story multi-purpose area, also included is a
kitchen, dining / recreation hall, classrooms, offices, and a
connecting bridge to the existing building.

Pine Mountain United
Methodist Church
Pine Mountain, GeorgiaPine
Mountain United Methodist Church was built in 2004 It is a 11,000
square foot building on ½ acre lot Features: A classroom addition
using a structural steel frame, light gage metal studs, wood roof
trusses, brick veneer and metal roof shingles.

St. Joseph
Catholic Church
87 Lacy Street
Marietta, GeorgiaBuilt in 1989 for the Archdiocese of Atlanta, this
new 11,500 square foot sanctuary is located on four acres. It
features one-story structural steel, stucco exterior, and a copper
roof with a clear, story tower. The interior has an exposed roof
structure and a sloped floor. Asphalt parking, fencing, and
retaining wall were also constructed. In 1991, the gymnasium was
also renovated.

St. Theresa Catholic Church
4401 Prestley Mill
Douglasville, GeorgiaThe Sanctuary was built in 1988 and features
15,500 square feet in a two-story steel frame with metal studs,
concrete foundation walls, shingle roof, stucco finish and parking
lot plus landscaping as well as classrooms and offices.

Braelinn Baptist Church

Peachtree City, GeorgiaBraelinn Baptist Church Family Life Center was
built in 1993. It is two-story 14,000 square feet on slab, steel
frame, glass and stucco, shingle roof, parking lot and landscaping.
Building is on four acres and houses classrooms and fellowship hall.

Methodist Church

Alpharetta, GeorgiaAlpharetta First United Methodist Church Family
Life Center was built in 1991. It is two-story 16,800 square feet
steel frame, brick veneer, shingle roof, elevator, parking and
landscaping. It features a drive-under bridge connector.

Dahlonega, GeorgiaIvie Lodge at Camp Glisson was built in 1999. A
rustic lodge that incorporates wood pole structural members, rustic
wood siding, shingle roof, wood and slate floors. Attractively
placed on a mountain stream in a religious retreat.

United Methodist Church
175 East Lanier Avenue
Fayetteville, GeorgiaFayetteville First United Methodist Church Family
Center was built in 1998. It is 2 ¼ -story 14,225 square feet on
slab with steel frame, brick veneer, shingle roof, and elevator.
Building is on two acres. Also renovated existing 6,000 square foot
building including electrical, HVAC.

Mountain Park United Methodist Church
1405 Rockbridge Road
Stone Mountain, GeorgiaMountain Park United Methodist Church was built in
1996. Renovated a gymnasium into a sanctuary with balcony. Six
thousand square foot building, steel frame, located on 1½ acres
with parking and landscaping. Added a 2,000 square foot foyer and
entrance.

Roswell Church of God
410 Rucker Road
Alpharetta, GeorgiaRoswell Church of God Sanctuary and Classrooms
were built in 1987. One-story, glue-laminated structural framing and
wood roof deck in the sanctuary. The remainder of the building is
light gage metal framing, stucco and shingle roofing. Asphalt
parking, landscaping and other site improvements.

Roswell Church of God
Family Life Center built in 2000. A one-story 10,200 square foot
family life center addition to the original sanctuary/classroom
building. Incorporates a pre-engineered steel building with stucco
veneer. The Phase I of III phases, this core contains the
multi-purpose room, stage, sound room, restrooms and kitchen.

Simpsonwood Conference
& Retreat Center

Norcross, GeorgiaThe Hickman Post Lodge was built in 1992 for
Simpsonwood United Methodist Church. Three-story 22,000 square foot
wood frame, shingle roof, masonry/stucco exterior with parking lot
and landscaping located on three acres. Interior consists of guest
rooms, conference rooms, kitchens and dining area.

Cedartown First United
Methodist Church
201 Wissahickon Avenue
Cedartown, GeorgiaCedartown First United Methodist Church was built
in 2000. A one-story 3,500 square foot new addition tied into
existing church with portico, brick and limestone with shingle roof.
Located on two acres with parking and landscaping. This addition
consists of offices, administrative area, gathering room, wedding
parlor and restrooms.

Christ the King
Lutheran Church
5575 Peachtree Parkway
Norcross, GeorgiaChrist the King Lutheran Church was built in 1999.
This building was an old Sports Authority retail store with
approximately 60,000 square feet. It was converted into a new church
sanctuary with balcony, classrooms, fellowship hall, bell tower,
parking lot and landscaping, located on 15 acres. The building is
structural steel, slab on grade with built-up roof.

Dahlonega Ward-LDS
Church
Route 3 and Highway 9
Dahlonega, GeorgiaDahlonega Ward-LDS Church was built in 2001. It
involved a one-story 8,900 square foot addition to existing
building. New addition consists of chapel area, gym, classrooms,
parking and landscaping. A new steeple was also added. Project also
included a renovation of existing 6,000 square foot sanctuary with
classrooms. New addition is located on 2 acres.
